自己动手做灰幕，大量屏摄对比

<p>底板为贴过白色家具膜的KT板，宽90cm，长175cm。这次制作灰幕使用的是同款家具膜，颜色为银灰略带反光。我用的这几种膜都是零买的，1.2米宽，6元/米。制作灰幕是为了体验白幕与灰幕的差别，希望能有惊喜，哈哈</p><p>KT板正面已经贴了白色的膜，为了不弄脏正面，先拖地再铺上旧床单，用背面试验灰膜。</p><p></p><p>给KT板手工覆膜可是个技术活，左手以 1cm/次 的速度慢慢拉掉背面底层，一手用干毛巾上下扫过揭掉底层的膜，赶走气泡以覆平整个板。相当耗时，蹲在地上跟干体力活一样，出了不少汗。<br/></p><p>下面两张分别是反面和正面，灰幕面颜色比照片略深，可能是反光的原因吧。<br/><br/><br/></p>

<p>以下屏摄两张为一组，第一张为白幕，第二张为刚刚制作的灰幕。拍摄环境完全相同，中午拉窗帘的效果。窗帘是单层非遮光的。相机参数可以点击图片属性得知。</p><p><br/><br/></p><p><br/><br/></p><p>我的感觉是，黑位是下来了，但亮度稍微差了点。如果选择白天观看或者有灯光，灰幕确实能够看清一些细节。不知大家怎么看。接下来我再上传一些晚上的对比照片。<br/></p>

<p>灰幕是一种技术，绝不是简单的灰色材料的覆盖叠加。选择DIY主要原因还是没钱，就像我在其他帖子里介绍的幕布，索尼黑幕，韩国摩科，三一重工等等的顶级幕布，色彩表现非常好，同时要配上好的投影机才能发挥出优势。一张百寸幕布卖9万，你会买吗？</p>

<p>白天感觉黑位能下来，画面边缘干净很多，轮廓清楚一些。晚上的话，还是用白幕面好一些。我还尝试了用抛光的1200号砂纸，如下图，白天拍的，也是黑位表现不错，整体的亮度不太适合观看，和顶级灰幕不受环境光干扰是两码事。</p><p></p><p>照片中深色的为两张砂纸，主要是因为两张效果小，也没有粘平了好好比对。等回头看还有没有更适合的材料。<br/></p>

<strong><font size="4">精神可佳啊，所有灰幕都是负增益，增加对比度的同时降低亮度，DIY投影机不适合用灰幕。楼主有兴趣还是研究金属幕吧，只要能把增益和视角做到一个平衡值那就是最大的突破了。</font></strong>
